does anyone know if this condition is genetic? Does it run in families? do kryptopyrroles always show up in the urine test results?

I hope you still look on this site because i've just been reading about histadelia and pyroluria. have you had a blood test that shows something up? I don't know if it's strictly genetic but i guess it's metabolic and metabolism is genetic. pyroluria can be helped with zinc and B6 apparently.
