For those of you with celiac's disease, have you noticed any issues with your reproductive hormones, i.e. FSH, LH, estrogen, testosterone, etc... If so, do you believe the two are connected?

I have celiacs but I've never noticed anything that would make me curious about my hormones. However, I don't know what FSH and LH are Maybe if you gave some examples for what you're thinking of I'd have a better idea of something to pay attention to, or think back on.
I have not heard of any direct link. The primary thing that celiac does is cause the body to attack the cilia in the small intestine. Depending on which cilia are impaired or destroyed, you may wind up with one or another dietary deficiency. Dietary deficiencies can certainly affect the hormones. So, indirectly, celiac can affect the hormones.
Do you have celiac? Are you able to control it with your diet?
