feeling extremely tired
I've been feeling extremely tired lately and I know for a fact it's not because I'm not getting enough rest. I haven't changed my eating habits but I don't remember the last time I felt totally fine. It's getting worse. Now, even after a full night's sleep, I'm still really tired and it seems like sleep doesn't do much. I also tend to get migraines when I'm feeling really tired. What could this be? I know its not normal. Possibly a vitamin deficiency? What should I do? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks so much!
