Hi Shelley, I never notice much (if any) difference at all so it must be a very gradual thing. I'm very bad at keeping my appointments though and only usually go for my injection when the nerve in my left eye starts twitching madly. It's one of my New Year resolutions to make the effort and get the full benefit of the jabs.

Hi Shauleen, thanks for that , i dont know about you but have so many strange and horrible symptoms, the worst one being panic and anxiety. Ive had my every 3 day injections and now waiting for my 3 monthly one. I thought it would be an instant thing but the nurse has told me it can take up to 6 months to feel completly better and its driving me nuts. Have you experienced something similar.

I saw a commercial stating the sublingual b12 is almost as effective as injections. Has anyone tried it?
