vitamin d what happens when your low on it?

They told me my potassium is high & low vitamin D. what can i do?

I don't know about the potassium thing, but if you are low on D you need to get some going into your system. I have all kinds of symptoms when it is low. I just had my blood taken today to test it. I am quessing it is low because I feel crappy. I have a weird pressure in my head. Light headedness, ringing in the ears...tired, achy and tender muscles and a few heart palpatations.

Do you have any symptoms going on?
