yeah i know all the calories are socked away in nice starchy foods and carbs.. well it would seem.. well yes - the complex carbs.. it would seem for stable for energy., well there are few gluten free things u can still find that are complex cabs..
now to be honest you woul dhave to eat a truck load of potatoes daily to gain weight - pasta a little easier but these are things that are high on the gly index and generally arnt healthy anyway.. infact most calories that cause weight gain in people are consumed in sugary beverages.. be it crap drinks like coke or more sensible ones like fruit juice... and other thigns like fat....
well u want weight fast.. and no gluten.. well animal fats come to mind.. as does vegitable and dairy fats.. fruit juices.. will suffice aswell.. as will some nuts or nut oils...lots of these things u will need to snack on to keep your blood sugar consistent without the complex carbs..
but most of the body is built of proteins.. - so load up on protein mixes and supplements.. -- that will put weight on with minimal other carbs,, but simple sugars are still necessary as will be animal and vegitble fats..-good luck to you
