BASEBALLNUT Newbie (male) Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: ASHEVILLE NC USA Posts: 3	B6 overdose I recently was tested for serum b6 and it was 115 the normal for this lab is 7-24 i was taking 100 mgs for the past 6 mths and took it for nerve related issues. I never thought a water soluble would do this because it passes thru the urine quickly any info
