what is the best multi-vitamin for me?

I've lost about 12 pounds within the last 10 months. The thing is that I have done no exercise to promote this weight loss. Anyway...I am a 25 year old man (birthday in Sept.), 5,9, 138 lbs. This GERD diet I'm on means I'm not getting as much calcium and other nutrients as I should be. I've bought individual supplements, but now I'm seeking some more all-encompassing. What is the best multi-vitamin on the market? Centrum? One-a-Day Men's? Or something else?

Thanks for your opinions.

I am not sure if we can talk about brands here. Anyway, the perfect (if perfection is a concrete possibility) multi-vitamin comes from oyster powder. It probably contains everything you need. Do some search on Portuguese Oyster Powder. If you can get it, you will get the best.

Unintended weight loss typically means not getting in enough calories, as opposed to vitamins.
