Hi,

I guess it can mean many things. I also have low Potassium levels 2.1 -2.4. I was refered to a Nephrologist, who did a 24 hour urine test and blood tests and feels that I may have a rare disorder called Gitelman Syndrome, where the kidneys are not able to retain Potassium. Are your Magnesium levels also low?
