Question Amino acids

not so much a problem, more a query. Apparently the amino acids in tuna, chicken, read meat are incomplete, so is it necessary to take an amino supplement to fully digest the proteins, and should it be taken with the food or is it ok as long as its in your system? i do a lot of weight training and find i dont benefit as much with these foods unless i have milk with them, which obviously has more complete aminos.
