am i not eating enough?
So for the past year or so i have been extremely tired and weak; i had thought it was anemia but my results came back negative. A friend told me that I wasnt consuming enough calories, and that could be what is causing my fatigue. On a typical day i eat 3 meals, plus a couple snacks. I have an application on my ipod that counts calories for me. I usually eat between 900-1200 calories but because I am on the dance team at school I dance for about 3 hours 3 days a week, plus yoga and walking so i burn alot off. On a typical day my net calorie intake is about 500 calories. Is this why I get tired so easily?
