Not gaining weight!
Hi, i am a 23 year old guy with a weight of 53 kilos and my height is 5 ft 8 inches. The problem with me is that i am too skinny. I do little exercise drills daily as well in the morning...(pushups, bench presses, squats with out dumbbells and jumps as much as i can do). It just doesn't seem to help. Here is my daily eating routine. Since food here is different so couldn't so couldn't come up with the calories:
6 breads(2 morn, 2 for lunch and 2 dinner)(seldomly eat rice)
2 cups of milk tea
a curree(either chicken, or a vegetable)
Potatoes for the night.
Now i think that i do eat well enough...but this darn body is not gaining weight. Tried being a slob for someweeks... only made my tummy to come out.
