Vit. B12 deficiency and exhausted

okay my b12 def. is giving me anxiety bad. i am sick of feeling exhausted! especially at work!! i had to leave yesterday because of this feeling. my number was 170 on a scale of 200-1100. i made my dr check it finally after him telling me it was just anxiety. whatever.

so now i'm taking the nasal spray. i hope it works. this happened a few years ago and i took the injections. supposedly the nasal works faster.

anyway am i crazy or anyone else with this - do you feel dog tired and out of sorts? ugh i also have pins and needles in my legs and hands. ugh
