Nikki, that is wonderful you have lost ten pounds. You should be very proud and happy with yourself. Losing it slow is the best way cause you will keep it off. Losing it slowly gives your body the time to adjust so it doesn't become a diet anymore, it just becomes a part of life and it's something you can be comfortable with instead of always having to think I'm dieting, you won't even have to think about it after a while it will just become what you're use to. Keep up the good work!
