Power 90 anyone? - Obesity Message Board

Hi Everyone I am new to this forum and would like to know if anyone has ever tried Power 90? I am thinking of ordering the tapes and would like to know if anyone has ever had any success with this exercise and diet routine? Thanks in advance.

I ordered the Power 90 dvd's about a year ago. I really enjoy them and did see results within a couple of weeks, you just have to stick with it. The guy (Tony) is really cheesy, you just have to laugh at him and keep moving. I recommend power 90.

I love Power 90. I don't use the supplements or the eating plan though, I have combined the workout tapes with low carb for two years now, off and on.
