When I was 17 I lost 60 pounds. I went from 221 to 161. My skin did not sag at all. I think the key is making sure that you dont lose it too quick to give your skin the chance to get tighter. Also make sure you exercise also, that helps a lot with your skin. I am now 21 and have gained every bit of it back and then some!! Did I mention that I have also had a child since then also, which makes it harder to lose. I really need to lose about 95 pounds now. How are you going to try to lose your weight? Are you going to join a health program, gym,etc.? I lost those 60 pounds at Weight Watchers. Thanks for listening! Sarah
