A rant!

I want a moan! the thing is I have always been a bit chubby, but I only became REALLY overweight between the ages of 11-16. Then I got laryngitis and lost a load, but put a bit back on.

Ugh. Anyway the thing is that I lead a really healthy lifestyle. I do exercise, probably not as much as I should but I do. All I drink is water, I'm a vegetarian so I have loads of fruit and veg. I'm also on a strict diet because of my skin so everything I eat is home made - nothing processed, and nothing fatty. but the thing is that I AM STILL NOT THIN. My friends eat out or have a take away at least 3 times a week, and they all snack on fatty foods. I haven't had a take away in months, and the most chocolate I have eaten recently is 2 smalls squares of dairy milk.

I would just LOVE to know WHAT else I should do to rid myself of this fat! I cannot eat any less, and there's nothing I can cut out of my diet because I don't eat anything fattening enough to warrant cutting out.

Does anyone else find it REALLY irritating that everyone around you can eat loads of crappy fatty foods, and you don't, yet you are always bigger then them?

I'm so fed up!

I used to get angry at people who could eat all day and yet stay thin and I on the other hand would be fat despite eating half as much as they. I thought that is not fair, well it turns out they are thin for one of two reasons,

one is they have low famine sensitivities and can eat recklessly (junky) and their bodies do not respond with lowering metabolism for fat storage,

or because they eat enough caloiric wise and enough quality wise despite the heavy junky diet that their bodies don't see a need for fat.

your diet sounds way to light (low caloire). eating strictly vegie and little else with any fat in them, or eating them in too small amounts you have triggored the famine feast cycle that keeps people fat or fatty. what you need to do is get vital information to determine this cycle and trouble shoot in what ways you have triggored it.

read how to be naturally thin by eating more , and the book breaking out of food jail by jean antenollo, check the library ask them to order it if they don't have it, you can order them at halfprice.com or at the naturally thin website.

it is important before you embark on a change of venue in your diet.
