I know what you mean, there is too much prejudice and false info (myths) out there that influences what prioties people put on things. first of all weight should not be important to others, such as making comments you lost weight or did you gain weight scenario.

when this weight emphasis thing got started as the most important thing I will never know. people should just except people and not look down on someone who is overweight or think negative things about their character, the trouble is people do, we all are guilty of judging others based on first impressions, and we know how bad judging others is,

I know about the frustrations of yo yo dieting too i am a 25+ year dieter and exerciser too and even when not dieting I was over fatty, less muscle (now is different but hard to explain).

everyone (well 99 percent anyway) who is overfat, (not overweight per say) but over fat is on the famine feast cycle. check it out on the search type famine feast cycle in the search, also starvation studies and anything to do with weight, but avoid obesity and weight loss it is mostly touting the same thing over and over in the different threads and trying to sell you weight loss products.

also naturally thin in the search too.
