I used to think about food constantly and could not pass up donuts or whatever was in front of me. I mean I would eat and an hour later would be hungry and have to eat again. I finally stopped drinking sweetend drinks and no bread or pasta. Now I'm not hungry all the time and I can pass up the sweets easily. I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and I cant wait to loose much more. I did break down and eat some cheez-its one day.West Virginia Girl - I felt the same way totally OBSESSED WITH FOOD. Not anymore. Good luck finding something that works for you. I have finally found mine.
