Christin...I know exactly what you are talking about with the bedtime cravings. Its like something takes ahold of me and just says every sweet thing in the house EAT IT! or anything good for that matter too. It is much harder later in the night then anytime through the day. Last night I didn't stick with my rule of not eating after 6:00. I was dissapointed in myself but I just couldn't beat the urge. About 11:00 I had some turky and one oreo cookie...thats a no no

for me but I guess one is better than 5.After I ate that one thought I was fine. I think it's something with me that if I say I can't have it well then I gotta have it.
I did find some ok stuff with the Adkins products..The milkshakes aren't to bad kinda a malty taste without the carbs though. I can't stand to drink it just not a whole lot at a time. Which I suppose is good. The chocolate milk I got taste the same. But I expected that. I just tried to find anything chocolate cause thats the main thing I crave so bad. I don't plan to stick with the low/no carb diet forever just till I can actually talk with a doctor or someone in the field that can guide me to healthy eating. I don't know which way to go right now so starting with the low carb thing was my best bet. And it's not all that bad..I can have meat,cheese,tuna,pork skins,eggs,bacon,sausage and all of these things except the tuna I would eat anyway. So hopefully this will jump start weight loss so I can see some improvement and really get motivated with that.
