I heard this on a commercial for some weight loss place, and it just annoyed me:

Nothing tastes as good as being slimmer.

It just sounds so condescending and smug and makes me want to throw something at the TV every time I hear it.

Ok...I'm done ranting now

It doesn't really seem smug to me, although I have never know what 'thin' feels like!
