Westvirginiagirl, I want to wish you luck on Curves. I believe that as long as you stick to the exercise program, no matter which one, you will see results. Exercising also motivates one to eat healthier. I find that when I don't exercise, I am more likely to make bad choices in food. When I exercise, I eat better thinking that I don't want the exercise to be negated by bad eating. Good luck and stick with it. It may take a few weeks to see results, but I guarantee you will see them. Also, when you exercise, the weight you lose is more likely to stay off than when you just diet.
