Aside from liposuction, which is probably the most effective option, I believe that you would benefit from a program of running and weight lifting. Although there is no such thing as spot-reducing, the running will burn fat from all parts of the body, including the boobs, and the weight lifting will add muscle, which is bulky yet firm, which in turn will burn more of the fat (increased metabolism). It's also good for you in so many other ways - heart, nervous system, digestive system, etc. It may take a few months to see results but I'm sure that if you stick with it, you will be pleased.
