Ok, well, i hate the internet. I have been searching the internet for a good source of information so that i can learn how to eat properly and something that will show me correct portion size. No matter what site i go to, it is always there to promote some stupid fad diet. Im not looking for a diet, i want to eat healthy along with my exercise so that i can lose more. I have been fat my whole life, so i have no clue what eating "normal" is. If some of you could post a few good sites for me to check out, i would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
