Exercise more.
Eat ONLY healthy foods, you can eat more calories of healthy foods and still lose weight. Healthy foods taste good, just try them, they smell a lot worse than they taste. Vegatables and fruits are key food groups when wanting to diet. It may be hard, but just don't eat any sugary packaged foods like chocolate and cakes. Most people feel better about themselves when they start eating healthily, but it looks like you don't have much problems with this.
Eat negative calorie/fat burning foods.
It is not hard to lose weight, if you have discipline and really want it.
