Side Effect of Dieting; Is this normal?
I have been dieting for 4 days. I'm not on any particular diet plan i.e. Akins, south beach diet, jenny Craig, etc. I have reduced my food intake and started eating healther and lighter. My exercise for 50 minutes a day. Today I woke up feeling nauseated. Is that normal?
For breakfast I'll eat a peach, or like today I had a yogurt and some grapes. Throughout the day i might eat this: lunch- 2 slices of turkey, snack: 1 spoonful of fat free ice cream and 5 cucumber slices and dinner: broiled fish, green beans, & a small portion of rice. Dinnertime is the only real meal I eat in a day and usually I eat that around 5pm. I try not to consume anything after 7 pm.
