band size
can anyone tell me how many band sizes there is? I had my surgery in Mexico 6-15-07. I have lost 50 lbs. Need to lose about 50 more. Doing pretty good. I now have 4 cc's in my band. I think I could use another fill. The card that I got says that my maximum fill is 4 cc's. My friend also had hers on 6-20-07 and her card says the same as mine, but her Dr. says she has a 5 cc band. What does all of this mean?

There are several different size bands. The newest are the AP bands which are 10 and 14. My band is a 14cc band. <removed>

Please share information in your own words. Please do not direct members to do searches outside of Healthboards. Members come here for support and advice, not to be told to go elsewhere to find answers.
