first calculate ur BMI (Body Mass Index) u can do this by using a calculator in many sited or just by urself.
then decide whats the weight that is ideal for u. but my suggestion is not to depend completely on the weight scale, its not a very good measure, a better judge is urself when u look in the mirror.
try doing regular excercise program. do some cardio for 4 day a week for about 45 min a day, this can be fast walking, jogging, or cycling. u can also do some training with weights, use very light weights and do higher repetitions of more than 15 atleast.
about ur diet try to eat healthy foods and eat everything in moderation. eat about 5 small meals a day and eat lots of healthy snacks such as fruits.
