Hi

I think I've seen your messages over on the back message board, haven't I?

Congratulations on losing all that weight!

I know it's hard, believe me I know; I'm trying to do it myself.
To answer your question, according to the Met Life insurance table (1983) a female your height with a large frame should weigh from 120 - 134. If you really are large boned then your ideal weight is between 6 and 20 pounds less than your current weight. Of course this table doesn't take age into consideration. Generally the older you are, the more acceptable it is to be close the top of the ideal range for your height/weight.
Are you having to lose weight because of back surgery? I haven't seen my neurological surgeon yet but my doc warned me that the neuro may tell me I have to lose weight before they will do surgery.
Good luck on the weight loss and surgery
