I'm not sure about the purpleness, but for the um "male boobs", you could do some weight lifting and stop eating junk food if you eat any, eat more vegs and fruits. And do 100-200 pushups a day.And run/jog at least 1 a day mile. I f you do this 5-6 times week
for 2 months, it should work.Follow it exactly. Start off slow then fasten the pace when you gain more endurance.
