Atkins and PLATEAUS!
This is my first posting! I have been on Atkins since Jan. I lost 43 lbs in 5 months and then hit a plateau. I chalked it up to summer, vacations, not getting to the gym, etc. But now that school is back in & routines are starting I am still stuck! No real loss since MAY! I tried taking 2 days off, all that did was give me a 2 pound gain, that I have lost, and am stuck again! I heard others on Atkins have had big plateaus? I'm willing to try supplements if there are really any that work. Any advice?
