Losing weight has been the hardest thing for me. I have consistently gained weight for the last three years, and finally reached 227. That was it for me, so I started Atkins about 5 weeks ago. It has worked so well, and I have lost 22 pounds. I am now at 205 and I still have about 55 pounds to go.
You can reach your goal. I know how hard it is to stick to such a rigid diet, but the payoffs are big. Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. Just make little adjustments first, and then you'll start feeling better.
