Question How to decide?

What do I need to take into account on which surgery to have?

My ex husband had gastric bypass and it seems so "end of the food I love" but he looks and feels wonderful.

I don't know how to make the decision. Any input would be helpful.

I'am a HUGE eater. Some people can eat a piece of toast, I eat the entire loaf and am still hungry.

I would like to feel "full" and think and do something else other than EAT!

If I felt better, I could do more and yada yada, yada. HELP!!

Re: How to decide?

Do research on the gastric and the lap band surgery and that will help you decide. I did the lap band surgery because it is not so evasive and is reversible and can be tighten and losen and not so expensive since my insurance did not pay for it and I didn't have to stay in the hospital.
