Yeah, my OCD also gets worse with PMS. Actually, everything does, lol. Hmmmn, as for suggestions? Relaxation techniques, I suppose. I take a lot of baths when I have PMS and this helps, and I also drink lots of herb tea, but watch out for herbs if you're on medications. Exercise helps, too. Slow walking in the evening by yourself.
