Delusions in OCD?
I don't have OCD, but I was wondering if in OCD you can also suffer from delusions. If you have suffered from delusions what did they involve ?

sorry for prying...

Can OCD be something physical (like counting) and something someone is thinking (like, maybe counting for an example, but thinking something over and over again instead) ?

Yes counting or repeating is a form of OCD. This is a classic type of OCD.
Yes, OCD thoughts for some people can be so strong and disturbing that they can be delliusions. That is why sometimes OCD people are prescribed Anti-psychotic meds.
