ok to make it short, i am having a serious problem with being over sensitive.. its ruining me, i am sensitive at everything i do and my need for perfection, i am especially sensitive to words... if i hear something, like perhaps a word that im sensitive with, i get millions and millions of ridiculous thoughts and doubts, the 'what if' thing will then rule my mind, even though i know its not true, my mind cant stop doubting..

there are many words that i cant say, and dont like to hear, if i do, i'd get really worked up.. i am really being over critical with words.. just wondering, is there anyway to overcome this??? is there a way i can make myself not to be so critical and sensitive towards things, like words for example, i know i shouldnt be thinking too much over some words being said, but i cant help it! the thoughts and doubts are driving me crazy, i just wish i could stop it..
