My two favorite books on CBT are Been there, Done That? Do this! by Sam ***** and Felling Good by David Burns. Good luck

Hi Winnie!
I didn't know you wanted to be in the same boat as me!

Anyway, I strongly encourage you not to go cold turkey. At the very least, cut down your dose every 3 weeks. I'm cutting mine down by 25 mg every 2 weeks.
You can have SRI withdrawl, and it can make you pretty sick. I have a friend who just stopped taking Lexapro cold turkey and she is very sick right now. She went to the Dr. and she is going through withdrawl from her SRI's.
Good Luck!!!
