anyone ever have dreams about their obsessions?
last night I did I woke up and then fell back asleep and it continued, within the dream it was almost like and illusion, it's hard to explained, but it really bothered m ebecause it was like my fears were coming true in my dream.

No, luckily sleep is the one time I can get away from my thoughts!

I have the same problem. I just can't get away from it. Sometimes I'm scared to go to sleep but I'm scared to stay awake as well. Its incredibly fustrating.

My dreams are OCD at times - same images/actions repeating themselves. It seems to happen closer to when I'm about to wake up. So I wake up with a not-so-refreshed feeling, and my jaw is often clenched. Ugh!
