Lightbulb It's just a thought

Hey everyone, I want to share something with yall i got this when I went to the hospital for problems. This lady gave me a card and someone eles that had this written on it. Its very good

It's only a thought and a thought can be changed
I am no limited by any past thinking
I choose my thoughts with care I constantly have new insight
and new ways of looking at my world I'm willing to change for the Good and grow.

I do not have to earn love, I'm loveable because I exist

These are very true, sometimes i feel limited in my mind by OCD because of an unwated intrusive thoughht always in doubt when i have to remember this is the doubting illness and even tho we are trick alot inside or mind to think one way or believe something we are not limited its only a bad thought and it does not make us who we are its so easy to say this but to apply it is hard but I thought i'd sahre this with yall because i know when i hear helpful things it does help me and i feel better take care each one of you may God bless us all with peace

Hello OnMyWay,

That was a very nice card, thank you for sharing it w/ me. Take what ever steps you need to, to face your OCD eye to eye. I know it may be scary, but soemtimes the greatest fears we see may only be something that we have overly obsessed on, but once we faced this fear, it seemed simple to work on and take the proper control of. You are my boo, and I will always be w/ you!!!!!!
