hey guys.
just wanted to update you all.
tomorrow i get to see a new psychiatrist. (yay.)
i'm a little nervous.
i've always hated going to a psychiatrist because most of them just sit there and act like they understand what you're telling them but they have no idea.
i've never been to this one before so maybe things will be different. i really hope he can give me some medicine that will help me. i had to quit taking the paxil because i think it made me worse and caused me to have blackouts, so i just stopped taking it voluntarly. i know medicine isn't always the remedy for everything, but i feel a lot better when i'm on something than when i'm not and my ocd/anxiety/borderline personality disorder/depression is out of control. i've become very hard to live with according to my husb. and i'll agree to a point too. my mood swings are very unpredictable and my fear of contamination/germs has grown to a very irrational state. i told him i didn't really want to go, but he really thinks i should go, so i am going to do it. i know my kids probably want me to go as well, even tho they're still small and don't understand, but they probably think their mommy is psyho. :P
