Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) has helped me and i have only been in it since March. for me, CBT gives me ways to help control my thoughts and compulsions. I learned thought stopping and thought switching tecniques! Also, i just talk about my ocd, and my therapist helps me sort out my problems,. I would reccomend it, Its not a commitment. Its wortha try.
