I stumbled upon quote that really helps me out when I'm having awful thoughts, let me know if it helps:

Yes, I agree. Also, a therapist once told me that people who commit violent crimes like murder such as serial killers, etc. do not have any guilt, fear or remorse about doing such things. They are psychotic, meaning that they have no conscience. IF we are all so worried about our violent/harm thoughts, then right there that shows that we are not crazy or violent at all!!
