celexa question...should i up my dose?

well ive been on the med for about 2-3 months now and it has worked wonders!!! the ocd and such is not returning right now but from what ive read my dose seems very low(20mg/day) im not really worried it may return yet but im sure i will get use to the dose and it could. i know advice will be to leave good alone but should i be upping my dose or leaving it for now? i get next to no side effects from it anymore other than weight gain. but it seems most are on 40 mg i must say i am one of those that gets effects from things easily, half tylenol my headaches gone-half gravol and im knocked out so i dont want to push it.

Re: celexa question...should i up my dose?

I would say if your symptom free then stay on the lowest dose possible! Only up the dose if you start to struggle again and obviously do not do so without your doctors consent. I would suggest if this is worrying you to speak to your doctor as they obviously are the experts on medication!
