good book for more obsessional ocd??
I was wondering if anyone can tell me which is the best book for me to buy off the internet on treating my obsessional ocd. any suggestions would be great

Chris, this is the best book i have read on pure obessions. it made me feel a lot better. its one of those books that you start to read and say, thats me!

Give it a read!

I agree!! Imp of the Mind was EXCELLENT! Lee Baer has another book too...I think it's called "Getting Control".
