Has anyone ever tried Neurobiofeedback for OCD
I was just diagnosed with mild OCD and am wondering if it is worth the expense.

Funny we must live close by eachother. I'm 30 minutes from Troy. I think that anything is worth a try. I'm seeing a PH.D who is going to try EDMR therapy for me. My visits are $110.00 per hour and my insurance covers half of it.
