^ I do dat sometimes. Theres time I just have to think about the problem to solve it, to come to the conclusion that make me feel better. But then I didn't experience when I have to think about it in order for myself to feel safe.
The thoughts I'm having right now is just plain intrusive and unbearable. I mean, if it doesn't appear, that would be perfect. But then It jsut comes. I dont feel like I have to think about it. Its just keep popping up and I can't stop it. Its like you watched a horror movie and then the bloody scenes just appear in ur head and u can't get rid of it.
