I have a very limited list of things that I eat now, but in the past few months I've been working on expanding the list again. Right now, I pretty much eat only non-fat and low-calorie foods and the things I do eat, I eat at very specific times of the day (snack is always at 3pm, etc.). I was able to get to a very low weight from these foods, so I feel if I slip just a tiny bit, I'll lose complete control and eat everything in sight. I started feeling very tired, looked and felt terrible and realized I have to stop. Only recently, I've started adding one small cup of ice cream per week. I felt terribly guilty about it but my therapist said that yes, I would feel awful about it, but I need to work through those thoughts and face them head-on.
So anyway, hope I didn't ramble on, but I can relate to eating very specific things. I don't think often about artificial colors or things like that, for me, it's anything that will help me stay really skinny.
