I have not been diagnosed with OCD or anything, but is this a sign. Okay, every few seconds, I have this tremendous urge to pull the muscle in my neck. I have to take my nuckles and roll them on my neck very hard. It stretches out my muscles. Ive been doing this ever since I have gotten my appendix taken out???????I feel like my veins are sticking out of my neck, and I have to shove them back in. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

And why do you feel the need exactly, to shove the veins back in?

If it's done to prevent an airplane from bursting through your livingroom window or something equally ridiculous, you have OCD. As well, it is OCD if performing the act eases your anxiety.

If you're doing this because you're scared there is something physically wrong with you, then you need to see a doctor.

Another thing is that I always, ALWAYS, have to have my room clean. If there is one thing that looks outa place, I freak out and clean it immeadiatley. At first, I though nothing of it, but then my freinds were like saying that im weird.
