I've tried...sometimes still try...I personally have not had much luck with it. I'll get comfortable, start focusing on my breathing, then spend the next thirty minutes worrying if I'm sitting right, or breathing right, or that I'm doing something wrong that won't let my mind slow down, empty out, whatever

The deep breathing *does* feel good though-lol...I'd like to hear if meditation has worked for anyone else, too...maybe he or she could give some helping hints...
