Compulsive skin picking (CSP) is an Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorder (OCSD), so if you have regular OCD, I'm almost 100% positive that the skin picking is a result. I'm a skin picker, too; I do my cuticles and the skin around my toes, but my worst area is my scalp. I have all of these painful, oozing, infected sores, but I can't stop.
